We liked everything

The room was very spacious, attractive and comfortable and so clean like new. Very comfortable bed. Great shower. The owner spoke good English and was very helpful and welcoming. The breakfast was outstanding and delicious , like a full meal! There was a place to store our bikes and the owner helped by letting us use the hose pipe. He also helped with useful travel information for our journey and we loved all the beautiful friendly cats and dog.

This brand-new hotel boasts a prime location and impeccable cleanliness. The warm hospitality began with a complimentary breakfast on our arrival, which continued to impress with its delicious offerings and inclusion in the room rate. The hotel's owner is exceptionally friendly and accommodating. Guests can enjoy stunning views from the balcony and easily explore the area, with Uchisar Castle a short 15-minute walk away and a local bus stop just 5 minutes distant. Our stay was wonderful, and we wholeheartedly recommend this hotel.

Beautiful terrace, nice staff(help with laundry and book the taxi), good breakfast, clean room with hot shower and comfortable bed. Would be perfect to have a/c in summer .

The facilities, the room, and the quietness were great. Additionally the staff was so kind. They even prepared me a breakfast the day I arrived (I was just asking for a place to find food and they made me something to eat)

We were super comfortable at this accommodation. It was a little bit away from the main touristic area which I liked. We could still walk to the restaurants in about 15min. The room was spacious, and I was able to do some work from there as well. In the mornings we could see all the air balloons. Breakfast was excellent and Ferhad who was working there was so kind and helpful.

There wasn't anything about the accommodation I didn't like. There was a cat in the property and unfortunately I am allergic. This would be the only reason I would not consider this property again.

Great location!! Minutes from uchisar castle and the goreme craziness. So quiet and an oasis after dealing with the bad traffic on the short but narrow and congested drives to the tourist spots. Big ample parking, huge bathroom and great bedroom. The best hot breakfast we had in Turkey in this trip. Great and friendly host, the cutest dogs and cat!

Nothing to dislike - stay here. It's a big comfortable room with ample parking.
