J’ai presque tout aimé surtout pour un hôtel qui a été fermé pendant 6 mois de septembre 2024 à mars 2025 ce qui n’était pas facile à réparer et à tout changer en quelques semaines et mois

La plupart des serveurs du restaurant se mettaient en colère sans raison simplement parce qu’ils s’ennuyaient ou se fatiguent et nous forçaient toujours à les laisser prendre la vaisselle dès que possible même lorsque nous n’avions pas fini de manger et qu’il y avait aussi un jeune propriétaire de bazar dont les yeux étaient bleus ou verts il n’arrêtait pas de me déranger presque tout le temps même quand il me voyait à l’extérieur de l’hôtel et il n’arrêtait pas de faire du drame et de se moquer de moi et de me rappeler l’école et qu’il n’y aura plus de boissons gazeuses même si je ne les bois presque pas du tout juste parce que ma mère n’acceptait pas d’acheter le t-shirt de l’équipe nationale tunisienne parce qu’il était si cher par rapport à d’autres vendeurs et s’il lit tout cela sur lui-même il se reconnaîtra certainement,immédiatement et instantanément…

migliorerei lo staff della reception, perché fanno capire che capiscono l'italiano ma poi ti rispondono su cose che non hai richiesto. Oppure senza dirti niente, maleducatamente, la persona che hai parlato, se ne va senza dirti niente. Su l'educazione c'é ancora molto da migliorare.

Personnel au top. Piscine très propre. Petit déjeuner copieux. Restauration au top. Accueil parfait. Merci à toute l’équipe.

L’éloignement.sinon endroit très calme pour y passer des vacances loin des bruits de la ville

Unfortunately, I was quite disappointed with my stay. The staff and the bartenders were very unfriendly and acted unprofessionally this had a big negative impact on the overall experience. The restaurant staff was a bit better, but the service there was still only average. The room was clean and generally fine, but the air conditioning did not work at all and with outside temperatures around 34°C, that made it very uncomfortable. It’s a shame, because with more attentive and professional staff, the stay could have been much more pleasant.

Comfortable bed, plenty of sunbeds available. Excellent animation team. Prompt bar service. Plenty of variety at meal times.

Very dated fridge and bath. Water from bath tap was inconsistent

It was close to the beach and the weather was great.

We were about to cancel the whole reservation and wanted to leave as soon as we found out how bad it was. The first vacation we've had so far. Very dirty place. 80% of the total place was under renovation. We found out later on that the place was closed for about 2y now and was just reopened. The whole place was falling apart. The food was discusting and room service not allowed like it was mentioned in the description. All of us had diarrhea for days because the food was in a room at 43 degrees. Cheese and mortadela under that for hours. Everything soggy and smelly would be served again. When complained , they apologize and would turn it on for an hour then off again for days. I would feel the sweat down my back while having breakfast. Never enjoyed a single meal. They would put one cook for 4 stations for breakfast, donuts, waffles, pancakes and omelettes so you can only imagine the line and disappointment.

Beach and very little element of the food

Équipements, all is not working. Very dirty room. All workers or almost are genius in creating new products they sell to you: I’ve kept for you the best parking, the best table, I give you the best room, the best slot.. and, this is actually what you paid for but you need to give extra to everyone to enjoy what you actually already paid. See view turns out to be dirt and dust view. Air conditioning not working. Room access card not working, so annoying to go back and forth to open your room. All the solutions from the reception are type; we will send someone, that comes or not. And then even if he comes, the things are not resolved, and then reception suggests to change the room. Again annoying. Electricity cuts many times. By night also water was cut. We did realize it once, but probably it’s all times.
