I bagni e la doccia sono fuori dalla stanza e in più fa molto caldo e il ventilatore della mia non funzionava e nonostante le mie lamentele non hanno risolto niente

L'emplacement est parfait, le personnel très sympathique, les chambres très propres, petit-déjeuner sympa.

The airconditioning and terrace are great.

We booked the pickup but no one was there. We waited for 45 minutes and no one was there. It was very crowded at the airport but asked every driver with a sign for hotel atlas. No one responded and eventually we booked an uber. We tried to call the hotel but no response. When we arrived they said someone was there and try to make us pay. I told him that it could be true but the driver also has to be visible/respond. We had to be resistent and they were unfriendly. The shared bathroom was not clean and we had to wait often to use it. The airconditioning is great, but i would not recommend this hotel.

Die Lage, sonst nichts.

Es hat im Zimmer feucht gerochen, die Laken waren dreckig, das Personal ist sehr unkooperativ. Ich hatte einen Flughafentransfer für den nächsten Tag über das Hotel gebucht und wurde nach Ankunft direkt zu Zahlung aufgefordert, natürlich nur in bar. Leider musste ich den Abfahrtsort für den Transfer ändern, da ich mich entschied aufgrund des schlechten Zustands des Zimmers mit eine andere Unterkunft zu suchen. Ich bat das Hotel dem Fahrer Bescheid zu sagen, da sie mir keine Kommunikation zum Fahrer gewährten, ich hätte auch einen Aufpreis für die Änderung gezahlt. Ansonsten wollte ich den Transfer stornieren, da ich nachts nicht als Frau allein durch die Medina laufe. Das Hotel weigerte sich sowohl den Pick-up-Ort gegen Aufpreis zu ändern als auch das Geld bei Nichtanpassung zu erstatten. Es wurde gesagt, das Geld sei nicht da, obwohl ich es zuvor in bar bezahlt hatte. Am Ende habe ich mein Geld für den Shuttle nicht wiedergesehen & musste mir einen neuen buchen.

Le Riad était magnifique, le personnel très chaleureux et accueillant Super bien placé, proche de la place Jemaa Elfna

Good prices, nice room, nice staff, good showers and warm water. Excellent location.
