Very nice villa, with fridge, electric kettle, washmachine, even a foodprocessor! Outstanding breakfast made with love and care. Everyone si nice and friendly, very attentive. Comfy bed, ventilator and AC makes it for perfect stay! Bewere that there are not many restaurants nearby, you gotta walk like 20-30 minutes or take a tuktuk :)

An amazing homestay with the nicest people! The room is comfortable very clean, there is AC and even a washing machine. You'll have a great outdoor sitting area and a garden to sunbath in. The breakfast was absolutely amazing every morning. Two beautiful small and quiet beaches are literally a minutes walk away. The neighborhood is quiet, but you can easily get a tuktuk to take you around cheaply. A nice supermarket is a 5min walk away on the main road.

Очень уютное интровертное место. Рядом красивейшие пустынные пляжи. Отдохнуть без суеты - это сюда. Мы были день, проездом. На этом месте, я мог бы остаться надолго.

Es ist ein total schöner, ruhiger Ort für Menschen, die kein Remmidemmi brauchen, abseits der Touristenstrände und von Ahungalla etwa 5 TukTuk-Minuten entfernt, mit einem atemberaubenden kleinen Privatstrand etwa 100 m von der Villa und einem kleinen Tempel. Zu Fuss ist alles Notwendige wie Supermarkt z. B. erreichbar. Der Eigentümer, Pradeep, stand uns praktisch bei jeder Frage augenblicklich zur Verfügung - mit der typisch srilankischen Freundlichkeit und Geduld. Absolut empfehlenswert.

2nd time to Sti Lanka and 2 months traveling this time brought us to Pradeeps Villa. Tucked away privately, this modern, spacious, and extremely clean Villa has it all.. to those looking for long stays.. what a find.. all you could ask for and more just 25 meters from one beach and 150 from another, and around the Buddhist monastery up on the point is a wonderful, mostly empty long beach. All the beaches are picturesque, and this Villa is all you could ask for. Fantastic value for money!
