The experience here wasn’t great at all. We stayed for 2 nights (me and a friend) and it was not a great experience at all. It started upon our arrival. We got there and there was no one in the reception desk to help us check in. We waited for about 1h until one of the workers arrived. Apparently the 2nd worker was taking a nap, and no one was able to answer our text messages or phone calls. They then informed us that our room was still not ready. The next morning, one of the workers arranged 2 scooters for us to rent as we requested, but he kept pushing for us to get on the scooter without explaining properly, although we told him several times it was our first time trying. This then resulted in a small accident for which his main concern was to run to call the scooter owner to show a minor damage. The owner charged us at least twice the price needed to fix that issue. The 2nd worker then offered to drive us together with a friend of his. We asked him beforehand how much would that service cost, to which he replied that we only needed to pay the renting price of one of the scooters as he would be using his personal scooter as well. After taking us (and struggling in finding the way to one of Kuta’s main beaches) we told them that they no longer needed to wait for us as we would find our way back. We paid him the agreed price and they left. A couple of hours after he texted saying that he had forgotten to tell us about his friends (suggesting we needed to pay him). The morning after was our check out day and again no one was at the reception. We also needed to collect our clothes we had left with them the day before to be washed. He also refused to tell us in which laundry we could collect our clothes from. In the end we were the ones finding the laundry service in our own as no help or assistance was given from them. There are also rats going inside the bungalows at night time.

I read on Google Maps that someone was robbed here, so I brought my money with me, to test it I left my things in the room and took a picture, when I came back my things had been moved, and the door was locked anyway. Nothing was stolen from me, but this is really sad.

Very good location close to the beach and restaurants. Traditional Bungalows are spacious. 20 minutes to Mawi. 10 to Serangan. 30 to Kuta. Lots of surf rental options at the beach. Quiet.

Nicht weit weg vom Strand, süße Bungalows mit Outdoorbad und einer relativ großen Dachterasse

Achtung Diebe! Wir waren nur eine Nacht dort und wurden beklaut. Wir waren tagsüber die ganze Zeit im Bungalow. Nur abends gingen wir für eine Stunde zum Abendessen. Als wir wieder kamen, lag mein Geldbeutel auf der anderen Seite des Zimmers und war komplett leer. Die Besitzer schlafen selbst auf dem Grundstück und waren auch die einzigen, die uns gehen sahen. Sie fragten, ob wir zum Abendessen gehen. Die Tür war weiterhin abgeschlossen als wir kamen. Im Bad (welches bei einer Seite mit einem Mückennetz versehen ist) war das Mückennetz aufgeschlitzt, wir wissen nicht ob das schon vorher war. Wir haben uns am selbigen Abend noch alle Bewertungen durchgelesen und rausgefundenen, dass es mehreren so erging wie uns. Wir die 7,7 Punkte der Bewertungen auf Booking zustande kommen, ist fraglich! Am nächsten Tag sprachen wir die Besitzer drauf an und sie taten ahnungslos. Das Grundstück verfügt über zwei Kameras. Sie baten uns an die Videos zu überprüfen, was wir auch taten. Auffällig war, dass nur ein kurzes Video, was in den ungefähren Tatzeitraum passte, direkt unser Bungalow filmte und alle Videos danach von der anderen Kamera aufgenommen wurde, welche weiter weg lag. Als wir den Besitzern den Schlitz im Mückennetz zeigten, murmelten sie nur vor sich hin und unterhielten sich ausschließlich auf indonesisch.

Hormis la propreté du logement qui laissait vraiment à désirer, nous passions un bon séjour à Selong Belanak (emplacement proche de la plage). Pour autant, tout a vite basculé lorsque nous nous sommes rendus compte que notre argent avait été dérobé dans le bungalow lorsque nous nous sommes absentés une petite heure pour le dîner. «Ikbal » , l’employé qui est sur place nous a aidé pour récupérer les vidéos des caméras et vérifier si nous pouvions apercevoir des personnes s’introduire dans notre bungalow. Après visionnage, rien n’apparait. Bien que nous n’ayons pas de preuve tangible, nous avons de sérieux doutes au sujet des autres employés qui étaient présents le soir du vol; en « charge de la sécurité » et qui nous ont vu entrer et sortir du complexe. Trouvant cela très louche; nous avons regardé les commentaires Google au sujet de ce logement et il semblerait que d’autres clients , trois semaines plus tôt, aient rencontré le même problème. Bref- attention à vos effets personnels si jamais vous comptez rester à cet endroit.

Emplacement agréable car à 10 min a pied de la grande plage. La chambre est traditionnelle, en bambou, le lit est confortable et la terrasse à l’étage est très agréable. Le personnel est sympa.

Il n’y a pas de petit déjeuner sur place (comme indiqué sur l’annonce Booking), mais il y à plusieurs warung proches. Les bungalows ne sont pas suffisamment sécurisés : l’un de nos bungalows a été visité la nuit. Heureusement sans vol. Le personnel à condamné une fenêtre le lendemain.
