Hajo's Lodge & Spa

The location,it was in a safe and clean environment with no noise. It's easy to access, situated next to the shopping complex. The water was always hot.The staff was very friendly and helpful more especially Mosa very welcoming, he has a good Sense of humor, respectful and helpful. Overall he has a good etiquette

Nothing I can remember

The breakfast was dissapointing. It was supposed to be a cold buffet and then hot food to order. There was no cold buffet!!! They said their speciality was melted cheese on toast so I ordered it and it was a plain toasted cheese which also came on the wrong bread. No offer to rectify it. We also ordered a superior room which said a double bed but it was 2 single beds pushed together with 2 single duvets. The actual lodge was empty but they put us in the house across the road where we were also the only guests.

Only stayed here for one night but the stay was perfect, lodge is beatiful, staff friendly and the stay was all and all highly relaxing after a long flight.

I have nothing negative to say about this place or its people, I enjoyed everything.

Breakfast was good.

I expected the Lodge would give us Expresso coffee and not just normal water coffee.
