Nothing. Location wasn't next to the beach (which was advertised). Property manager was EXTREMELY unprofessional, disorganised and abusive. Booking.com have been unhelpful and unprofessional as well. (Customer service does not respond and have done NOTHING to assist) WE NEVER STAYED AT THE PROPERTY AS THE MANAGER INSTRUCTED A LOCKSMITH TO TAKE THE KEYS LEAVING US STRANDED IN A PLACE WED NEVER BEEN IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT!!

The property manager was the WORST HOST I've ever experienced. Never once did they mention the fact that the door closes and locks behind on its own. Spent all of 10 seconds in the place, put the keys on the counter and went to bring our bags in. Only to find the door had shut behind us and locked the keys and my phone inside. Called the property manager who left us waiting for 40 minutes because he said "he was driving". Then rudely instructed us to phone a number he'd provided for a locksmith. (Is that not his job I thought?) But none the less we phoned the locksmith (who did not speak Englis - another reason why the property manager should have arranged this). We agreed that we'd go grab a bite to eat as it was time for dinner by then and he'd open the door, no problem. NOT ONCE WAS IN MENTIONED THAT WE WOULD HAVE TO PAY HIM OUT OF OUR OWN POCKETS! When we come back, the locksmith starts to intimidate us, insisting that we must be the ones who pay him otherwise he won't leave. He gets the property manager on the phone, who is yelling abuse to us over the phone and threatens to take the keys away unless we pay him. If ANYONE (property manager or locksmith) had mentioned even once that we'd have to pay, we'd have been aware of the fact and found an ATM in attempt to sort it all out. But as a result of their ignorance and lack of communication we had no money on us. AS A RESULT, the property manager instructed the locksmith to take the keys which left us HOMELESS IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT IN A PLACE WE'D NEVER BEEN! So we had to sleep in our car! To date - BOOKING.COM have done NOTHING TO HELP! They seem to have paid the property manager not only our money but also for the 'damages to the door' of which there was none made by us!! COMPLETELY UNSATISFIED AND OUT OF POCKET FOR A PLACE WE NEVER EVEN GOT TO STAY AT!!! Shame on you Booking.com for allowing such abuse and mismanagement to exists on your site.
