The location is excellent, the owners are lovely and the room was cozy, the bathroom was super clean.

Beautiful setting, gorgeous cottage, spotless facilities and very comfortable room. Lovely short walk to excellent pub serving superb home cooked meals, including breakfast apparently, but we only had dinner ourselves.

Amazing location - so quiet with a lovely view of the village church. The property was vey clean and the bed was comfy. We enjoyed sitting out on the bench outside the front door in the evening.

There should have been at least some soap/shower gel/shampoo in the bathroom but there were no toiletries at all. We would have liked a breakfast option although it was made clear on booking that it wasn't available.

Lovely place to stay when walking in the area. Very comfortable and spacious place. Well equipped kitchen, excellent bedrooms. Good location, 5 minutes walk from the Border Hotel, which is a great pub.

Location was perfect for a concert in kelso, quaint little town, easy to find, beds were comfy.
