The property was very well kept, clean comfortable and had all the necessities. The staff was professional and extremely helpful, she made sure that we had everything that we needed, even found a way for us to stay another day when we found out we couldnāt leave until the following morning. Overall amazing trip.

GBStay apt Suffolk is in the perfect location, quiet, safe but within easy reach of restaurants and shopping. The grounds are immaculate, lots of parking spaces and friendly, helpful reception staff. But the best thing about our stay was our room; spotlessly clean with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Cooker, fridge, even a dishwasher! Our bed was very comfortable, everything was new and it showed attention to detail.
The only thing I didnāt like was having to leave to come home.

The Property was nice, the staff was not available for timely check in as advertised..the room we had was leaking water from the ceiling over the bed through the light. We were moved to another room however the fire alarms went off first thing in the morning causing all guests to evacuate. The experience wasn't pleasant but I considered this unforeseen circumstances.
This place is budget-friendly and comfortable. Easy check in, communicative staff, plenty of parking and in a great location. The only reason for my 4-star review is because the water pressure in the shower was basically non-existent. Unfortunate but not a deal breaker. Very clean property, I would stay again.
