"Pobyt w tym apartamencie był bardzo przeciętny"

Lokalizacja ok

Niestety mieszkanie wymaga solidnego odświeżania, praktycznie na każdym kroku widać mocne ślady zużycia, sofa posiadała liczne plamy, szafki kuchenne w opłakanym stanie. Jeśli chodzi o czystość, tutaj widać że raczej nikt nie przyłożył się do posprzątania tego mieszkanie, raczej było to szybkie ogarnięcie po poprzednich gościach i tyle. Z plusów, myślę że lokalizacja jest ok i cena 250 zł za mieszkanie z 2 sypialniami była całkiem dobra. Jednakże, jest to mieszkanie na 1 noc i nic więcej.

The owners! Rude and without the willing to help! I asked for extra keys and they make problems and not offering a solution (2 Bedroom apartment)

Brak kontaktu z wlascicielem

Błędnie podany adres. W ogłoszeniu jest ulica Giełdowa a w rzeczywistości jest to ulica Siedmiogrodzka. Widok z okien na ruchliwą i głośną ulicę oraz zajezdnię tramwajową. W budynku na parterze jest restauracja chińska, czuć zapachy, papierosy, słychać klientów i muzykę do późnych godzin nocnych. Mieszkanie jest stare, zniszczone, ma brudne ściany i wymaga remontu. W sypialni jest małe łóżko - jest za krótkie. Garaż dodatkowo płatny, cena w booking 30zł ale właścicielka zażyczyła sobie 40zł. Na szczęście w niedzielę parkowanie było darmowe. Ogólnie jeden z gorszych lokali, nie polecam bo w okolicy są o wiele lepsze.
