Aspen Villa, Apsley Station

The location was fantastic for us to visit family close by. It was spacious enough for the 5 of us. It was clean, tidy and the attention to detail was lovely. Lovely little touches like some welcome groceries were very much appreciated. Little things like cling film and baking paper were available which we have very rarely found at other properties. A tv in each room certainly stopped any arguing! We would definitely like to stay again.

The sofa bed was a bit hard,but was ok for a couple of nights.

Modern, clean and tidy. Very easy instructions to get there and get in. We liked that there were welcome gifts and items when we arrived. Contact with the host was very good too and made everything run smoothly, thanks you again for a great trip.

Supper friendly host, Amazingly clean , comfortable place. Easy access for all the facilities . Will defo visit agin. Thank you.

The property was well kept which was really good.

As soon as we arrived, we felt like the landlord had already racially profiled us with the first thing out of his mouth saying “you’re breaking into our property yea?” We brushed it off and thought it was just a joke until he started to accuse us of doing nitrous oxide laughing gas and smoking cannabis in the yard when we know damn well that we did not do non of that however we had a few drinks and these drink where taken to the festival we went to. We then got accused of stealing a towel and he’s currently telling us he is giving us a bill for the towel and a small £35 plastic and metal table seat and that he will not be giving back our £300 deposit and the money from the rest of the days we did not stay, as he kicked us out the next morning of check-in.
