מזנון יפה ועשיר, הצוות אדיב

קבלנו חדר נגיש שלא הותקנו בו מאחזי יד במקלחת ולא ליד האסלה. המאוורר לא עבד (כנראה לא חובר כלל לחשמל) , הספא אינו נגיש כי המעלית לא פעלה ( יש פיר אך אין מעלית) המים בבריכה ןבגקוזי קרים. צוות הקבלה לא הסכים לשתף פעולה למרות בקשותינו הרבות לדבר עם מנהל במלון, כדי שיוכל לענות לבעיות שהיו לנו. שמונהימי חופשה לא הספיקו למישהו לחזור אלינו. אכזבה

Amazing views, nice stuff, they also have pilates beds in the gym!

There was no water or anything else in the mini bar room, only coffee.

Jedzenie było monotonne i brakowało wyboru. Nie polecam dokupywania opcji HB – podczas 4-dniowego pobytu zaledwie ze trzy dania były smaczne. Lepiej przeznaczyć tę kwotę na restaurację à la carte(i tak wychodzi taniej), a najlepiej na kolacje w pobliskim miasteczku. Jedzenie zdecydowanie nie było na poziomie 5 gwiazdkowego hotelu i zepsuło ogólne doświadczenie pobytu.

רמת הקולינרי לא טובה גם בארוחת הבוקר וגם בארוחת הערב
