Tahiti Beach apartment

Very nice and new apartment in a new complex, with direct access to a small beach and a pool in front of the beach. Super helpful and friendly host.

I would recommend to rent a car cause otherwise it is difficult to move around.

First I should clarify this is not a hotel. Each apartment is individually owned and rented through a third party like Booking.com or the other vacation rental places online. I was impressed that the property manager for this unit (C02) picked us up at the airport and drove us straight to our apartment. We rented a car 🚗 from them at a very reduced rate and it was waiting for us at our apartment. The place was excellent and the infinity pool was adjacent to the beach ⛱. The complex is around 7 buildings surrounding a gorgeous tropical garden. Not crowded at all. The drive into Papeete is only around 20 minutes except for rush hour. It was amazing...Pacific Ocean on one side, mountains on the other side of the road. The room was clean, comfortable and well equipped. The manager let us stay until 8:30 pm and then drove us to the airport. Service was above and beyond. And the cost was surprisingly low for what you get. Note about the cooktop.... The induction surface will not heat up if there's no pan on it.

Tahiti Beach Apartment is 1of the 64 apartments at Residence White Plage. The apartments are individually owned and many were unoccupied when we were staying there. Sergio owns/manages 3 apartments. E01, E02 and C02 the one we stayed in. The place was very quiet and relaxing. The photos are accurate. The infinity pool was great and we spent many hours relaxing there on a sun lounger. There is safe snorkeling out the front. This residence is gated. The apartment is set up for self catering. It had all the things we needed to prepare meals. The apartment was clean and comfortable. Our adult daughter slept on the fold down sofa in the living area. She packed this away each morning. The enclosed outdoor living area was amazing. We ate and relaxed there. It was an extension of our apartment. We were only inside to cook and sleep. You definitely need a rental car if you want to get out and about. Our host Sergio can help you with this as the Residence offer rental cars. For those who want to stay in 1 place, Happy Market, a small supermarket is a 10 minute walk away. Lani's BQ restaurant where all the locals eat, is a 2 minute walk away. Sergio is an excellent host and was available to answer any of my questions. He met us at the airport and we followed him to our accommodation in our rental. When it was time to leave he picked us up and took us to the airport. I am so pleased I booked here and we would definitely stay here again. Thank you Sergio, for all your help.

Superb location right on the beach. Clean and comfortable apartment. The host, Sergio was very accommodating. He let us check in early and stay a little longer too. I would highly recommend it for a stay.

Not many restaurants near by

This stay was incredible. We were a little hesitant to book here because there isn’t many reviews but that’s because it’s a new complex. We’re so glad we took the risk because this place is beautiful and so peaceful. The apartment has everything you need, the beach is great for snorkelling and pool is perfect to chill by. The host was extremely welcoming and met us at the property to explain everything. There are a couple of shops 5-10 minutes walk and the restaurant lani’s bbq opposite is amazing. Would definitely recommend staying here.
