nice clean room. prompt service like water bottle

i was told very rudely to checkout at 10:15 am. The tone in which the person spoke was not friendly at all. They should know how to politely talk to customers on the phone

"Superb"

Very nice large room , clean bathroom with hot water … price ratio quality is unbeatable , it was really much better than expected given the price and reviews … the staff is young but really nice and helpful . Great placed to stay

"Better's possible, but not cheaper!"

Value for money, but can be fair for a night or two. The staff is really helpful!!

The location is in the city center, but located inside a dark lane which might feel a bit unsafe. The rooms are not entirely clean and the duvets are torn or have some stains on them. Found a trail of ants on the floor one night, so you might have to ask them to clean the room regularly!

No food service. Location is little inside from the main road, a bit difficult to find the place at first.
