La quiete, il giardino la casa e il fatto che ogni giorno rifanno la camera

Per 2 volte hanno organizzato feste una con bambini che giocavano a calcio per tutto il giardino e l altra con molti ragazzi e musica alta.. non ci è piaciuto e nessuno ci ha avvisato.

Huisje was heel mooi en goed in orde en heel proper. Het domein zelf is mooi aangelegd. Heel mooi terras. De conciërge is ook heel erg sympathiek. Huisje wordt heel regelmatig gepoetst, handdoeken worden vervangen.

De locatie viel ons tegen: Je moet eigenlijk een auto huren. Vanuit het huis is het toch een klein uur stappen naar Kos Stad zelf, en dat is geen leuke wandeling. Naar zee/strand is een kwartiertje stappen. Dit is helemaal geen leuke wandeling op smalle, kleine wegen zonder voetpad terwijl er soms druk verkeer (ook van vrachtwagens en bussen) is. Voor de faciliteiten op het terrein is er weinig of geen schaduw. De fitness-apparatuur is ook wat verouderd: Handen vol roest achteraf. In het huisje was er weinig keukengerief. De airco in de aparte slaapkamer werkte ook niet zo goed. Dit werd gecompenseerd door de airco in de leefruimte. Het domein heeft een zwembad nodig lijkt me zodat je op warme dagen op het terrein zelf kan blijven. (Dat is geen minpunt uiteraard want dat wisten we op voorhand).

The garden and its calmness, the hostpitality we recieved from the staff as well as the facilities.

A real hideaway. Close enough to town, but a fantastic calm location set inside a beautiful garden estate. Clean, fantastically fresh with the AC. Every amenity taken care of. Sun loungers to bench swings. Cooking appliances and fridge freezer were perfect.

Honestly, nothing. I really did think it was a great place to stay and I’ll definitely be back.

Nice and quiet location but you need a car to move around

Extrimely clean, quite, in a very good position. But the real plus is Netzmin, the person who take care on everything there. A special person, emphatic , kind and gentle.
