Royal Villa

Royal Villa Weligama was the perfect place for our stay. The host was incredibly friendly, helpful, and flexible with check-in and check-out, which made everything smooth and stress-free. The rooms were spacious, clean, and air-conditioned, with a fully equipped kitchen that had everything we needed. The rooftop was a great place to relax, and the pool was perfect for cooling off after a day out. The attention to detail and overall hospitality made us feel right at home. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Weligama!

Property was located in the centre, close to various beachside places while not being directly on the beach. A great place overall. Including the caretaker Mohammed. Very helpful.

Garbage and rooms need to be cleaned on a daily basis.

Very unclean, but management was only thinking about the money. They threatened us to pay the full amount when we wanted to pay for only 1 night. Very unpleasant. Don’t go there!

Royal villa was great, we had a huge terasse they were plenty of space next to the swimming pool to chill or eat with your team. Big swimming pool and the host were great. One of my favorite stays in Sri Lanka. Highly recommend!

Very large and nice Villa with two appartments. We were lucky that the second appartment was not in use so we had the pool and the Villa for us alone. Wifi was very good. The pool was phantastic. The terassa was awesome.

There was only a small quantity of dishes, forks, spoons etc. and most of them were not cleaned before. The manager was late for the check-in and payment was full cash so first we had to go to the ATM as we did not have the full amount in cash. When we paid the rental he could not give us the change. He promised to give us the day after, but he never paid it back. Also he promised to clean the pool avery two days but this was never made in 4 days. We booked a Minibus for the last day to go to Colombo, but 1 hour before pick up he told us the bus had a problem and could not come. To get an alternative took one hour more. There are only 2 loungers at the pool.
