スタッフ全ての方々が真面目にキチンと対応されていて、素晴らしいホテルを作り上げている印象でした。 レストランも素晴らしく、朝食は4種類からのセレクトでしたが、フルーツやお粥がメインのメニューがあり、毎朝フルーツを習慣にしている私にとって、とてもありがたかったです。サラダやヨーグルトやスイーツとドリンクのバイキングもあり、生産者から直接仕入れている食材がどれも素晴らしく、朝からしっかりチャージ出来ました。 夜のメニューも豊富でバランスが取れており、リーズナブルなうえにバーも楽しめて、使い勝手の良さは申し分ありませんでした。 天然温泉も素晴らしく、帯広駅前なのにここまで楽しめるとは思いませんでした。ミシュランの星のように、わざわざ遠回りしてでも訪れる価値のあるホテルでした。

特に感じませんでしたが、敢えて言うなら、大浴場の脱衣所がもう少し広かったら、程度でしょうか。 それくらいキチンと整備され、サービスも素晴らしいホテルでした。
