Staff very friendly, nice pool, good wifi, smart tv, alright location

The people in Cambodia are so humble. The staff make our stay more memorable. They are forever ready to help in whatever way possible. The place was superb. I think it is one of the best places ever. It is so clean and spacious. I will rate six stars

Nothing

The rooms were very spacious and gorgeous. We were 2 adults and 2 kids so all of us have plenty space in the room. In addition it was so clean!! I am surprised about the hotel was very well care.

The breakfast could be better, it is not a buffet and some of us feel that we don’t eat enough

The WiFi didn’t work with my laptop which I needed for work.

Lovely hotel with a 5 minute ride to town. Easy and affordable to take a taxi. Accommodations were beautiful with modern finishes and facilities. Staff were accommodating and arranged a breakfast box for us at 4:30 before the sunrise tour. The kids enjoyed spending time in the pool. Special thanks to Ratha at front desk who went to extra mile to make our stay comfortable.

One the neighbors made a K-TV (Karaoke) party right next to the hotel which lead to lots of noise. But they stopped (as hotel staff promised) at 21:00. since the party was not on hotel ground, there was nothing that the hotel could do.

The staff at the hotel were very attentive, helpful and kind. Every time we returned from an outing there was someone at reception ready with a warm welcome. If we had questions about the area or the hotel they were great at helping. The location is good if you want to be away from the hustle and bustle but still have access to local restaurants, convenience stores, etc. It is about a 10 minutes Tuk tuk ride to Pub Street and 25 Minutes to Angkor Wat Temples. The breakfast options were good; some days we ordered off a menu and other days it was a buffet. We actually quite enjoyed when we could order off the menu but the chef would still cook the menu options on the days the buffet was offered. Our interconnecting room was very spacious and clean, the beds were comfortable (we enjoy a firm bed), and the bathrooms were very nice. We didn't use the pool this visit but it looked nice and has a relaxing atmosphere. It isn't big but good for kids to have some fun and adults to dip in to cool off.

On the weekend the restaurant across the street had some noise (which for us was fine but can imagine if you have a baby or are noise sensitive it could be an issue). We had a room facing the road, which I would guess if you had a room facing inwards it wouldn't be noisy at all. Internet was a little slow which could be an issue if you need it for work.

Lovely hotel, nice rooms, very clean! Pool is nice but don’t get much sun. Staff are very friendly. Roof top bar was shut but the restaurant bar was open, was very quiet when we went. Has a spa but did not use.

Breakfast not great, very limited. No buffet as shown in pictures. Dinner we had was not great either, meat was very dry and chewy and no taste. Would recommend eating out.
