The room was large and comfortable. We are a family of 4, so the interconnecting room was great. They were kind enough to offer to collect us from the new airport. So a huge thank you for that!

It seems they are trying to be something they aren't. i.e. a 5-start resort. the food was drastically overpriced. For the prices they were charging I expect to be able to eat at the same time as my family. Rather, everyone we service individually, so it was obvious they were cooking each dish one at a time. This may seem petty to some, having good go cold in front of you, while waiting for everyone to get there meal is quite frustrating.

Cars were parked in front of the hotel and sidewalk. I went there during Pchum Ben holiday, so there were many cars as the hotel was packed. Therefore, cars were parked behind each other. It was a bit inconvenient to have a car parked behind my car because I couldn't leave straightaway.

The hotel was luxurious. The staff took pride in all of the little details. They were very attentive. It was good for the families as well couples in our group. It felt as if we had the place to our selves.

The staff were so attentive and kind. We will miss seeing their smiling faces each day. The rooms were large and comfortable. The pool was perfect on a hot day and beautiful seating area with a restroom and shower nearby.

We had a wonderful stay. The room was very spacious, clean and well-equipped. Staff were very friendly and always helpful in all aspects. Good breakfast, with several choices a la carte. A beautiful property, really enjoyed the pool after a hot and busy day! Excellent value for money and highly recommended.

Such a gorgeous hotel with wonderful helpful staff.

A little out of the way but they had a great Tuk Tuk driver who was always on hand to get you into town.
