Bedroom on 1st floor, bathroom on 2nd, between two doors of host’s rooms, kitchen on the ground floor, shared. None of them is very clean. Kitchen equipment is minimal, and there is not even pepper. We stayed a very uncomfortable night and checked out earlier, forfeited the second night.

Location was perfect as I was attending an event at Santa Pod Raceway a few miles away. Parking was easy just outside the house. I rang the bell and was greeted by a gentleman who showed me to my room and showed me where the bathroom was. The room was clean and comfortable and great value at about half the price of nearby hotels.

When I left the room to go to the bathroom the door could not be locked from the outside only from inside the room.

It has all you need , the shower is bath tub style which is perfect
