Smith Stayz Apartments

Immaculate, modern, comfortable, perfect location with free parking only 10 mins walk from The Tower/Coral Island sea front area, felt like home from home rather than stuck in one B and B bedroom ! Direct view of the Tower changing colours at night a bonus for the young ones..Will definitely be back for next year fireworks !

Good location, nice and modern apartment with plenty of room,

Internal Doors squeaked , TV only worked now and again and the front door wouldn't open for us one evening, luckily the people in the bottom apartment were in to open the door.

Perfect location. Clean and tidy. Bonus parking outside the front door if booked in advance.

Laminate floor above doesn't help when upstairs awake early as noise travels.

It was very clean It was spacious It was so close to the amusements and beach

The king sized bed was broken and my dad had to fix it.

Close to town centre and amenities. Accommodation is okay for resting your head and grabbing a shower etc. Towels provided which is always a bonus. Some tea, coffee and milk sachets were provided for when you first arrive.

Areas of the apartment weren't clean. Dirt on window ledges, old sweet wrappers left under bed. The WiFi is very hit and miss with it hardly working in some areas. The tele has lines going through it and would flash every now and again. No oven glove to be able to take food out the oven. No instructions on how to use oven or any information on where to take your rubbish when bins were full. I was told extra linen would be left for me but this did not happen.

Excellent location, walking distance to the central pier. Clean, comfortable and spacious apartment, with WiFi .. spot on. We had the bottom floor apartment which also had a back garden with a decking area. The picture does not do it justice, the TV is not over the sink, 🙂

Apartment was modern and close to the sea front

Wasn't clean. Had food swept to one side of the floor, hair left in bathroom, food under sofa and heavy dust under bed. Spoke to owner who said she would get the cleaner to come back, no one ever came. Wasn't going to spend my holiday chasing a cleaner that didn't do the job properly. Bathroom towels heavily Stained/discoloured. Beds were very firm and made an uncomfortable night. Some fans wouldn't of gone a miss in nearly 30 degrees heat. Living room light not working also reported to owner. Disappointing given the amount it cost. Ended up leaving a night early due to the beds.
