Smith Stayz Apartments

Really nice apartment, all new facilities. The beds were really comfortable and bedding really fresh! We were fortunate to get parking directly outside which was very handy. There’s a Morrisons local around the corner in case you forget anything.

Apartment was really comfortable and clean. It's in a great location only a 5 minute walk to the beach and pier. Also has a small garden for the ground floor flat. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a nice place to stay in Blackpool

Slight issue with double bed..... mattress is slightly dipped in the middle. Everything else was 100% perfect

We’ve stayed there before last year and would always stay there if available. The location is great parking space outside property makes it so easy and everything about the apartment is perfect

Nothing to dislike

Met all our expectations and when we did need some assistance, hosts was responsive and helpful.

Some of the furniture and fittings need attention eg table legs need tightening, loose power socket in bedroom and ceiling spotlights need fixing in hallway. But this didn’t impact our stay.

Great location, apartment was spacious and well equipped Lovely and modern

Could have been a bit cleaner but we did ask to swap at the last minute before getting there so might not have prepared as much (we didn’t want to be on the ground floor so asked for a higher one)
