The hotel is very clean overall, staff is amazing - the lady at front desk helped me to arrange a cab to the airport. Gym is also quite nice

The area is not the best - quite far from the city centre and not walkable at all; the restaurant at the hotel is quite overpriced

The hotel is obviously recently built and this is why it looks the way it does but, I have stayed at a GT before and if they're looked after they look amazing even 10 years after opening. The Staff, especially Vishal are amazing. Divesh at the bar has the best aura about him and is very good at his job

The hotel is a little bit out of the way but this also means you're NOT woken up with everyday with loud horns or screaming brakes

Excellent Stay at Golden Tulip Hotel, Jalandhar Our stay at the Golden Tulip Hotel in Jalandhar was absolutely fantastic. The staff and service were amazing from start to finish. A special thank you to Anil, Shiv, and Danesh the barman, as well as all the staff in the restaurant area and the hotel managers — their hospitality truly made our visit exceptional. We came as a large family, and every single one of us was well taken care of. The team went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and welcome. We honestly couldn’t fault a single thing about this place. We will definitely be returning!

Suggestions for Improvement While our overall stay at the Golden Tulip Hotel in Jalandhar was excellent, there is one area that could be improved. We noticed that some guests came to breakfast in their pyjamas. This didn’t feel appropriate for a hotel of such high standards. We kindly suggest that the hotel implements or enforces a dress code for the breakfast area to ensure all guests are dressed appropriately. It would help maintain the elegant and professional atmosphere that the hotel is known for.
