"Taking advantage of desperate people."

It's OK not worth for money.

People travelling from far to stay no basic things provided like tea, coffee, sugar and milk. The accommodation is providing towels, we have upgraded our accommodation by paying £150 and asked for towels, then they said it's extra money for towels. We again paid £20 pounds. I saw towels in my first accommodation, I took the towels. Then the care taker came to us drunk arguing and shouting, why you took towels from there and I said I paid for it you again taken payment. Then my mum told them she took it, thinking we have paid for it. Then they messaging my mum how many people are there, you will be terminated from your stay. Never had an experience like this. L
