Bad experience

I think the hotel I booked was different.may be the owner has multiple properties.

I don’t like at all… very dirty and staff were very rude. No mobile network available at all inside the room.

CREEPY AND DIRTY PLACE We got to the hotel at night after booking it last minute after being stranded in Delhi following a cancelled flight. The area around the hotel was extremely sketchy and seemed particularly unsafe, it’s situated in a narrow and dirty lane just next to a slum. The banner did not reflect the name of the hotel as it appears on Booking. When we entered, the receptionist didn’t acknowledge us at all and, even as we insisted profusely that we wanted to check in, he kept on talking in a hushed voice on the phone without even looking at us for a good 10 minutes (it was 2am at this point). The hall was as dirty as the outside, there was a burnt power generator and honestly looked like it was straight out of a horror movie. We honestly got so creeped out that we called an uber and asked to be picked up as soon as possible as, considering the deceiving pictures and the unsettling receptionist, we felt unsafe. As the uber came and we were quickly leaving, the receptionist did not even leave his seat or say anything. After checking the reviews now, we noticed that most of the reviewers have the same profile picture, so I would not trust them. I would not recommend this place.

Worst Experience, the room was messed up , not clean, they did not provide the Wi fi , TV was not working, there are lots of stuff like used condoms were lying in the almirah, very bad experience, i will suggest not to use it, money was showing 877 + taxes they charged 1250 from me.

Nothing.Everything was dirty the pictures are fake the room was totally different from the pictures

The staff behavior was good but the room was not neat and clean. They didn’t even provided soap and toiletries. Totally waste of money

I had a very disappointing stay at Aiims Hotel. 😕 First of all, they kept turning off the AC ❄️🔌. At first, I thought it was a malfunction, but no, they were doing it on purpose! Every time I complained, they would turn it back on for a while and then off again. 😡 Secondly, the bathroom 🚽 was not in the room—it was shared, and this was not mentioned anywhere! And there's almost no hot water. 🥶 Had I known this beforehand, I would have never booked this place. 🚫 The room itself was in poor condition. There were stains on the walls 🖼️😬, cigarette burns on the duvet and sheets 🚬🔥, and the mattress was incredibly uncomfortable. 😣 For the price I paid 💸, I do not recommend this hotel at all. Total disappointment. 👎
