Prestige Terrace Hotel

A nice hotel on a quiet side street walking distance from the old city. The desk clerk spoke some English and was helpful in writing out taxi directions. The breakfast was huge with juice, fruit, pastries, oatmeal, cooked eggs, breads, jams and yogurt.

The bed and pillows were a bit hard, but that seemed to be the case everywhere in Uzbekistan.

Room good size, AC worked well, location walking distance from tourist sites.

Swimming pool water very cloudy, cats drinking from it so wasn’t chlorinated, suspect it is river water. Did not look inviting as cloudy and murky water. Breakfast eggs were very greasy. Breakfast variable, sometimes omelette cooked and staff present and sometimes food left out and no staff present and no omelette cooked. When asking to book an extra nights accommodation, we were offered to write a review and a discount of 30 dollars would be given. When we came to pay this seemed to be a misunderstanding and after a long conversation the standard price was charged and the hotel professed to not have offered the discount. Very confusing. Would suggest you book via online booking site to get cheapest rates rather than discussing with hotel as they do not seem keen to match the online prices. Shower ok but often very low water pressure so not a very powerful shower. Shower designed to drain over floor which makes bathroom floor very wet, bathroom floor cleaned ok but not cleaned throughly as hair on bathroom floor.

Location and good price , new building!

Breakfast, always reception is empty, you have to wait every time to take/put keys and so on.

What an amazing hotel! It is beautiful inside and out , looks brand new , beautiful architecture. It is very clean and has a outside terrace to enjoy. It has daily breakfast with a wide assortment. The hospitality and professionalism from the staff is Excellent, they make you feel very well taken care of and take your experience seriously . It is close walking distance to everything as well as being in Avery safe and quiet area. The rooms and beds were comfortable , large and well decorated - very clean bathrooms with a tub! We had a amazing stay and would come back again! I highly recommend this accommodation - great stay especially for the price .

Everything was great- there is nothing bad .

The property was big and exceptionally clean. The rooms were very neat and clean also. The staff and the owner were very friendly and helpful.
