"For this price a very nice place to stay for a weekend."

Everything was okay. The room was clean and cosy and the view from the balconi give an extra touch to the experience. We had everything in the kitchen to make some food for ourselves. Shops are close even the center a bit far.

The bathroom was a little bit old, also the toilet smelled a bit weird so we had to keep the door closed all the time. That would be nice to be fixed. The other rooms are very close so you can hear the neighbours talking, watching TV and other things. Other than that everything was okay.

I've already written a review but I booked the place a second night due to complications created by a delicious beer called Messina. It's a great place to stay.

Best value I've seen so far. Full apartment with Kitchen/Dining Room, big bedroom, easy to use TV and an absolutely stunning view from the huge balcony. Filippo arranged for a special parking spot for my bike and check in/out was expedient and hassle free.

The toilet needs some work but he's aware of the problem and is taking measures to rectify the situation.

The apartment is spacious.

Communication with the host was difficult. He didn't reply to my messages on the APP, so we went to the location without knowing if there would be anybody to welcome us. Fortunately he was there but we worried a lot.
