Sulanga Luxury Chalets

Having the entire chalet to ourselves for a big group was great! Breakfast was good with multiple of different options of food styles/cuisine that we could choose from. Lovely rooms and friendly staff.

There was nothing that we enjoyed about this property. We had an absolute terrible experience..

We showed up at 11 PM after a 7 Hour Dr. and the owner was rude was questioning why we were so late and then told us that every single room was leaking water and each room had pots and pans in it with water dripping into it. it was freezing cold. There were no extra blankets for our guests, and the listing said that this house could occupy up to 20 people, and that is far from True. Every room had towels underneath the door to stop the rainwater from going in and there was water leaking from the roof in every single bedroom into the room onto the floor. There was a very bad storm. The wind blew out a window, and there was glass all over the floor on the way to the bedrooms, and quite honestly with the amount of wind. The house did not even feel safe. The owner was rude and when we told him that we wanted to leave the hotel after one night, he was demanding payment and then harassed us for two days after we left. He was very rude to me and my guests I would not recommend this place nor will I ever be staying there again. Terrible experience.

The in-house chef is highly skilled and talented, capable of preparing a wide variety of dishes with outstanding quality and presentation. Every meal was fresh, flavorful, and cooked to perfection, easily matching fine-dining standards. This property is ideal for families and anyone seeking peace, privacy, luxury, and personalized service. The combination of outstanding cleanliness, stunning scenery, world-class service, and warm hospitality makes Sulanga Luxury Chalets one of the finest places to stay in Nuwara Eliya. We truly enjoyed every moment of our stay and highly recommend this beautiful retreat. Without a doubt, we look forward to returning again.

Le personnel était au petit soin et le chef cuisinier nous a fait des supers repas. Le salon est agréable pour passer des bons moments en familles

2 chambres étaient totalement humides avec une forte odeur et des champignons étaient présents dans une des douches.

Excellent amenities we had all what we needed for a group holiday. Jayantha the manager and the entire team were brilliant.

The atmosphere is nice and spacious. The service was good. The manager Mr. Jayantha is very accomadative. Mr. Buddika's food is fantastic. All in all it was a pleasant and comfortable stay.

The view of the villa was amazing. Rooms and everything was perfect and clean. The staff was very cordial and helpful. Amazing amazing food prepares in all the meals. Really loved the stay with family.
