Chambre confortable mais assez inégale : une est vraiment petite et sans clim

The common kitchen/dining area was set up well. There was a water cooler because the tap water was not drinkable. The room we booked was very small and we asked for an upgrade. We got the upgrade for 6,000 cfp more for 2 nights of the 3 and the room was great. Comfortable bed. Clean place. Parking was free. Mosquito coils available and used. Fully equipped kitchen.

The shared one bathroom for 5-7 people was ok. Photos showed 2 bathrooms. Floor was constantly wet. There was no water or toilet from 8 pm until after 8 or 9 the next morning. Linda didn't tell us that the water would be shut off. She said she didn't know; however, the cleaning lady knew. Two night's stay without water, and the 3rd part of the night. We understood that Linda can't change municipality scheduling of work. She could have told us and helped to prepare before she left for holiday. Apology only after we left. Mosquitos present all the time. Fan available to help when eating. Wouldn't stay there again.

We spent three lovely nights at Lemon House and felt warmly welcomed by the hosts, Linda and Lisbeth. They gave us a tour of the farm and treated us to fresh fruit and homemade baked goods each evening. Linda even lent us her kayaks free of charge, which was a great way to explore the bay. Although we had the smallest room in the guest house, it was comfortable and met all our needs. The shared facilities were clean and fully functional. Highly recommend!

A small inconvenience—the shared bathroom was a bit compact and the shower lacked curtains or a divider, which often left the floor quite wet.

The host collected me from the ferry and brought me back to the ferry(not free)as the accomodation is located approximately 10km from the centre. They have a fruit farm and were generous with a basket of fruit.
