GBSecond time we've stayed here. Very clean, quiet, comfortable bed and nice bedding. Very accommodating host.

Could do with a first aid kit. Cut my finger on one of the knives and could have done with a plaster. The bathroom was really cold.

GBThe flat manager is very helpful. For some reasons I had to check in at midnight. The manager guided me to the place. The flat is clean, spacious, with a bathroom, WiFi and full set of cookwares. There is also power adaptors for Chinese plugs.
The heater is not powerful enough for the room in Birmingham's winter, room is still cold after a night of heating.
