Superior breakfast

Unfortunately the pools changing facilities were out of action due to renovations.

Facilities, bed, staff were very helpful, treehouse was a great spot for chilling with coffee or pizza, bar was good, leisure centre was nice

No thermostat in the room, was quite warm

size of room and bathroom...........heat was super ..ireland is cold country............other hotels please copy..........

signage all over hotel, needs serious upgrade.................cleaner, clearer, little bit bigger............. get outsider to do the report and works....................fresh eyes...............to the room and from the room back to reception........... ask staff how often they are asked...............where is breaky room..............where is dining area................where is..................?? step in room .bit dangerous.............nice but dangerous................put in grab rails as one steps up and down.....or ease the step from one step to two or 3 gentle steps............easy fix.................lose cloth around shower..............glass looks better.........and more modern..............................lovely hotel.............love the nice pictures all over the place.............love the grounds ...........fresh tar mac on the list i hope.......................?? new signs outside hotel on road.............nice led lights around signs........soft but sexy.....

We loved everything about this trip . The Hotel is Amazing . Staff are excellent . It is so Family orientated. Offering great support to young Families. Woddies Club from 5 until 8 for Children to allow Mums and Dads some time together is an excellent idea . Outside dining with heated wooden cabins was great. Pet farm and playground for the active Toddlers. The rooms are very well presented with lots of space for families . We will most definitely be back 💯

The only negative I can find would be their system for reservations. Communication and confirmation of same was poor when we as a family wanted to extend our stay but to be fair to them we gt sorted in the end . Communication is first point of contact and could be improved . .

Room was great size and bed very comfortable, breakfast was excellent and lovely staff

Breakfast was OK asked for Pancakes with strawberry to be told they had no strawberry. Ended up with a slice of lemon.

Could not find kettle or tea and coffee in the room we like to have a cup of tea first thing in the morning that was disappointing also couldn't get the shower to work .
