Paulay Opera Apartment

Very clean apartment near the city centar. Good location.

The appartment is very nice and perfectly equiped. It is located in city centre near the sights. We requested the parking and for additional 15€ fee/day we can park directly in a garage in the same building. We were very satisfied!

Very clean, spacious, well furnished apartment in a safe and quiet neighborhood. The location can't be better, close to everything, sightseeing, restaurants, metro, etc. The check in was very easy, all instructions were clear and straightforward. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped while there are plenty of really good restaurants and cafes around, you barely would want or need to cook. I would definitely recommend this apartment!

Everything was perfect

The apartment's location is excellent - within walking distance of many sightseeing places, shops and restaurants and simultaneously in a quiet street. It is spacy, clean and equipped with everything necessary for a pleasant stay. The communication with the host was smooth and easy. We liked everything and have already recommended it to our friends.

There wasn't anything we didn't like.

The Location ist great, the Appartement was clean and freshly renovated. Stylish but not over the top. The building is okay, nothing special but perfectly fine. The balconies are small but sufficient. The Host was super nice and friendly, we exchanged messages via WhatsApp, but never met In Person. There was an Ironing board and an iron. Bathroom was clean and had all the necessary amenities. There was enough cutlery, glasses, mugs, pots and pans for our needs. The Refrigerator was very clean!

No coffee or tea for the first morning. The only coffeemaker provided was a broken-handle Moka pot. No hair drier(we had our own, so not a big deal). The TV in the bedroom wasn't working properly, because of the old power outlets(as far as I could tell, not the owner's fault at all, they did their best with what was given). The AC was also not the best, but it was an in-built one that came with the apartment - also nothing they could do about it. The bedroom balcony has a small gap between the rail and the floor. Overall small bothers that didn't affect our stay in the slightest, which given the circumstances were unavoidable (except for the coffee) by the hosts.
