La posizione molto centrale è bella e comoda. Un ampio parcheggio è a disposizione a poche centinaia di metri. La stanza è confortevole e bella. Stessa cosa per il bagno anche se senza finestra.

Poco insonorizzata rispetto all’esterno. Il sistema di riscaldamento parecchio rumoroso.

Alloggio in centro, arredato benissimo, un tablet, macchinetta con il caffè, acqua e succhi nel frigo bar a disposizione gratuitamente. Pulito silenzioso e letto comodissimo. Alessandro gentilissimo e molto simpatico!

Elisa is a wonderful host. She met us when we arrived and was immediately responsive to WhatsApp messages. The room is lovely and of a good quality - like a very decent hotel room. The location is perfect. Right in the centre of San Gemini, next to Palazzo Vecchio. We arrived by train from Roma Termini to Terni. It is 20 minutes by car from Terni to San Gemini. We used the cafe in the square a lot. The staff are lovely, the coffee and beers is fabulous, lovely food and it is not expensive. We had a good dinner at La Pecora Nera, also on the square. San Gemini is very small and is very well preserved. We visited the nearby Roman settlement of Carsulae. Very good to see and worth a visit.

"Cozy apartment in the heart of a lovely medieval village."

Hosts Elisa and Alessandra were exceptionally welcoming. The apartment is small but equipped with everything needed. The high end bathroom was much appreciated for its heated towel rack and delightful shower after a long chilly day on bicycles. We took heed of their restaurant recommendation and had an exceptional dinner that evening. Everything was perfect
