La casa era piccolina ma molto accogliente, posizione buona per me che comunque avevo la macchina, a 5 minuti da Ortigia, l'host è stato molto accogliente se tornerò a Siracusa sicuramente prenoterò di nuovo qui

Unico consiglio ma non indispensabile, consiglierei l'installazione di un microonde

La estancia estaba bien equipada, y es luminosa. El parking está en la calle, pero es gratuito y siempre hay bastante sitio. Calidad-precio muy recomendable.

No hay microondas. Por la puerta entra siempre luz, ya que es de cristal opaco y tiene una cortina pero sigue entrando.

Odeur d’humidité insupportable, aucune ventilation Équipement rouillé ou moisi Café mis à disposition imbuvable, cafetière entartrée Literie à revoir Wifi qui ne fonctionne pas

L’appartement est propre, assez spacieux, on s’y sent bien, et il y a tous ce qu’il faut en termes d’équipements! L’hôte est aussi très gentille!

Localization was only thing that I can describe as a Pros. Maybe second one was free parkig on the street - very comfortable to carry our luggage to the "apartment".

The worst thing is the Old building itself and the zero floor where apartment was renovated. Unfortunately it didn't help and smell of moist and hidden mold on walls was giving you impression that you will be not feeling good after spending the night here. And I was right! My girlfrind fall sick where we spend 2 night in Syrakuza :( all our cloths smell badly with moist so much that we had some of them throw to trash! Terrible experience!!! I DO NOT RECCOMEND TO SLEEP IN THIS PLACE!. What is more I had to clean the floor because was so dirty. Ground floor in smelly building is not that you want to pay 60eur per night!!!

Nicely furnished apartment, suitable for a couple, close to Ortigia, the market is close.

The only problem in the apartment was the humidity, the apartment smelled of damp air and mold, it's very disturbing.
