Villa Zaïna

I’ve been traveling all my life and have met countless people in hospitality, but the housekeeper here truly stands out. She’s not only incredibly beautiful but also kind, professional, and warm in a way that’s rare to find. Her presence added a special touch to my stay, and I deeply appreciate the care she puts into her work

Everything was good.

The location is fantastic - situated down a quiet lane that is walkable to Jln Raya Basangkasa which has shops, restaurants, ATM's, bars and spa's. Pool was nice and clean and a great temperature. House keeping staff inc Ni Made were lovely and very accommodating. The rooms are big, beds firm and a/c worked well. Umbrella was provided for use when it rained. Lots of electrical adaptors were available too. Garden area is nice and relaxing as is main living room that can be closed off if very hot outside. Beach and bath towels are provided. Shampoo and body wash is provided. Filtered water bottle dispenser in kitchen has cold and hot water. Overall a nice villa but a little tired in some areas.

When it rained the driveway and small laneway to get to the villa gets flooded and had deep puddles to walk through. Signage of the villa could be better - we arrived at night and it was a little hard to find. There is nowhere to sit outside undercover if it is raining. Strong sewerage smells in downstairs toilet No shelves in shower areas for storing shampoo/conditioner etc Some local coffee to go with the coffee drip filter machine would have been a nice touch.

The owner met me there as I had a midnight arrival, very nice and accommodating. Villa was amazing and Made the manager/ cleaning lady were absolutely fantastic 🙏 they couldn’t help enough with anything I needed.
