It is very nice and stylish apartment with good patio.

The apartment is amazing very well equipped and spacious. The location is very good close to the main road so we did not get stuck in a traffic jam when traveling around the island. To the city center is possible to go on foot (maybe 20 min walk but there are hills so not for everyone) or by bus. The market is behind the corner. Andre is perfect host very kind friendly and always ready to help. Next time in Madeira we will stay here again for sure.

Everything was wonderful! Communication with the host was perfect. André was highly helpful and allowed us to do an early check in and late check out that was very convenient for our family. Definitely recommend it. The complimentary breakfast was also appreciated. Kids loved the outdoor mini pool.

Tout a été parfait. André est un hôte sympathique et attentionné. Il est facilement joignable avant et tout au long du séjour. Il nous a accueilli en personne et donné de précieux conseils sur le logement, le quartier et les visites. Il peut aussi vous organiser un transfert aéroport et une location de voiture. Le logement est agréable, confortable et spacieux. Propreté irréprochable, La décoration est un gros atout, très originale! Il est fonctionnel grâce à ses équipements haut de gamme. (lave linge, lave vaisselle, cuisine complète, tv, dressings, produits de salle de bain.. nous avions même des capsules de café, un plateau de fruits, de quoi faire les lessives.. au top!) Il nous manquait 2/3 ustensiles de cuisine et André a été très réactif, le lendemain matin il nous apportait le tout. Je souhaite aussi préciser qu'il y a une terrasse privée à l'arrière du logement avec un petit bassin pour se rafraichir avec des transats. ce qui est très plaisant après une journée de balade. Le quartier est calme et on se sent en sécurité. Il est légèrement éloigné de l'hypercentre de Funchal mais à pieds on y est en 15 min. A savoir que le logement est en haut d'une pente, mais pour le retour, il y a possibilité de prendre une des lignes de bus (5min). Il y a aussi une place de parking privée si vous avez une voiture. Le check out a été très simple avec un système de sortie autonome. Je recommande fortement cette location, nous y avons passé 1 semaine et nous y serions bien restés! Merci beaucoup André.

En toute objectivité, je ne vois rien à améliorer.

De host was zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam, er was een fruitschaal en wijn voorzien bij aankomst. We werden persoonlijk verwelkomd en kregen tips om het eiland te ontdekken. Het appartement was heel fancy, mooi gedecoreerd. Rustige ligging, maar toch makkelijk te bereiken met de auto. Alles nog splinternieuw en heel proper.

Enig manoeuvreren is nodig om te parkeren. Bij een langer verblijf zou het aangenaam zijn om de mogelijkheid te hebben het afval meer te sorteren.
