Pearl Suite

Very clean & tidy flat. Great facilities. Easy to get the tram up to the tower. Decent takeaways & food nearby. It's our second time staying here. Pretty quiet location. Parking & Wi-Fi. Nice sea view. Great for walking up to see the illumination. About a 2 mile walk to the tower, but you can walk along the sea front.

Location was excellent. Tram stop right outside local shops just around the corner. Free parking and all on cctv . Very quiet no banging of doors or loud laughter.

The kettle needed descaling. One of the sitting room window handles not working properly. Painter and decorator was in and the hole apartment strongly smelled of white spirits all night .

How clean it was, kitchen was brilliant.

A few small things like no light bulbs in the bathroom mirror, sofa has sunk in, the sent plug was empty. The car park is super tight but luckily it was only us in the building at the time of booking. Tv in the bedroom if it was smart tv would been brilliant even just for YouTube, it will defo be useful for anyone staying. Even a small telly with smart tv will do.

Stayed at the Pearl Suite for 2 nights over new year. The property was safe coded and very secure. The tram line was just across the road and ran regularly to wherever you wanted to go. It was equipped with everything you could need for cooking including a dish washer and a nice leather sofa to relax on like a home from home. Craig and everyone I received messages from regarding our stay were very helpful and answered any questions swiftly. I did skim over a message about any rubbish when leaving and had not realised it had to be taken the the rear of the property for disposal. I messaged Craig about the oversight and he was very understanding about it been over looked. The Pearl Suite is very near pop world and ma Kelly’s show boat both easily accessible on the seafront off the tram stops this is where we were spending New Year’s Eve so it was perfect. Another good thing is it’s just out off all the madness so you get a cracking sleep and the winds and rain this new year could not be heard inside the property.

The only thing I think needs adding is hanging hooks on either walls or doors for towels and coats/brollies ect to be able to hang up to dry.

Location was great. Good facilities overall

Shower very disappointing, very little pressure and had to hold the shower head in hand while showering as the head did not stay upright while shower on. Heating didn’t come on until very late, apartment was cold early evening. Parking out the front very tight!
