The hotel owner was nice.

The room I stayed in was not very clean. There was no remote control for the air conditioner, only the one on the wall, which only worked on and off, and sometimes the air conditioner was turned off during the night by someone I don't know. There was only one socket in the room, which was far from the bed, and when I wanted to charge my electronic devices, sometimes that socket didn't have good contact, as if it didn't have electricity all the time.

The hotel is really well situated in the Palestinian part of Jerusalem, only 100 meters from the Herod Gate into the Old City. The very gracious manager Hussain Rayan went out of his way to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Can't thank him enough for that! The breakfast is plentiful with both Western and Arabic favorites. The area around the hotel is bustling with shops, kiosks and restaurants. As we went there in a time of unrest, this location was very fortunate for us, since a lot of those were closed in the western (Jewish) part of town when we went exploring there. We would have starved had we stayed there!

לא היה מים חמים רוב הזמן ופנינו לאחראי והבטיח שעוד מעט יהיה ולא הגיע המים החמים

כמעט כלום החדר היה בסיסי ביותר. מגבת לכל היום. פשוט קמצנות לשמה בכל הנוגע להגיינה.

כמעט כלום. האוכל על הפנים אין קפה. תה ונס קפה. חלב עמיד. פטל במקום מיץ אמיתי. אוכל גרוע לחם בסיסי ולא טרי פיתות עבשות. ויבשות קמצנות לשמה. המחיר גבוה מאד ביחס לתמורה עוד שלוש מאוד שקל ויש מלון נורמאלי כמו מלון אייל המצויין.

I really enjoyed my stay at Ravioli Hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The atmosphere was relaxing, and the location was very convenient. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and I would definitely come back
