"More than Happy 😊"

Loved everything! The location on the holiday park is great, the caravan has a really cosy feel with lots of nice touches and an extremely comfortable bed and all spotlessly clean throughout. The host is very friendly and genuinely wants you to enjoy this " Happy Place" and we certainly did and look forward to returning ASAP!

"Overall, the stay was fine for two nights, but we wouldn’t return or stay longer."

The caravan was okay for a two-night stay.

There was no reception and the WiFi didn’t work at all, which was inconvenient. What really let the experience down was the deposit process. The owner insisted on a £60 cash deposit upon arrival, which (the point that it had to be cash) wasn’t mentioned in advance, and refused to accept card payments. Instead, she asked for the money to be transferred to a private bank account, which felt unusual and unprofessional. We had to go back and forth several times to try and sort it out, and our payment provider (Wise) even flagged the transaction as suspicious. We’ve never encountered anything like this before—normally, any deposit is handled through the booking platform or by card, not by transferring money directly to someone’s private account.

"Brilliant fun"

The van felt comfy and cosy and allowed for a good wind down from life, me and my fitness enjoyed being able to relax, play some card games and enjoy a new area

There is nothing that comes to mind when I think of problems with the van
