Nice living space. Water included (although taste wasn’t amazing). Ac worked well upstairs with the curtains closed. Swimming pool outside although we didn’t use. Responsive and helpful host.

The general place was not very clean. Shower didn’t drain well. Mould in the bathroom on shower head holder. Bathroom bin was very dirty and not cleaned between guests. WIFI was very poor. It’s a shame as if cleaned properly this property would be a real gem.

Excellent manager. A Brit and his lovely family are very hospitable, friendly and entertaining hosts. Peaceful oasis with a much appreciated kitchenette and decent fridge inside. Quiet side of town, near to the riverside attractions. Good road and easy access. Cool hangout poolside.

Needed more shade over the front entrance which gets very very hot at times. A bit far from main restaurants and cafes. Didn't have a lilo in the pool. Doesn't have a bar serving cocktails with little umbrellas.

Apartments where great looks of space inside due to split level, nice pool, Eugene the manager was extremely helpful with medical needs/information, SIM card information, bicycle hire & any extra request for the room excellent communication 👍

One slight inconvenience when we were leaving a road was been built outside which is going to greatly enhance the access to the property, big up to the Cambodians working so fast in the 34 degree heat will be finished in 2 days. Not a complaint actually an improvement

Super nice place to stay! Very comfortable, nice little pool, we really loved staying here! And the host is really kind, fun and helpful, thank you! We really recommend, especially if you want to stay for a week or more - it's awesome.

The only minor critic we have is that since one of the biggest advantages of the place is that it's an entire unit, one would expect the basic necessities in the kitchen to be there (salt, a bit of oil, sponges). Not a pb at all if you stay for long I guess, but for a couple days it's not ideal.

Eugenie the owner is English, though has adopted Cambodia as his home, he is very informative and friendly. He met us soon after our arrival, showed us around and gave us tips relating to our stay. The property matches the description on Booking.com, cooking facilities are basic, but it has a very efficient fridge/freezer. A 20 litre bottle of water was left for us, which meant that we didn't have to carry water back from town. Shower is separated from the rest of the bathroom, bonus. Each apartment has a patio set outside, the property is enclosed with access via a gate at night, the swimming pool needs maintenance, though it was a welcome addition to our stay there.
