Very friendly owner, got an upgrade for free. Tee & Coffee provided, microwave is there.

We liked the kitchen- nice design, comfortable and cozy.

It was uncomfortable to use the bathroom, the water was everywhere. The smell was also unpleasant. The room was small.

The place was very cozy with a shared kitchen, when I rented the place I was the only one who stayed there for two nights kinda get lucky with that, love the environment very homie. I spent there working at night. The Lady was also very kind and polite, she speaks Russian and Georgian. The only downside probably is the location especially if you carrying heavy luggage you have to climb the hill a bit.

It’s very near to Borjomi city.. 10min walking distance. Staff is very friendly and supportive for everything.

Quite gard to Reach by car parking is in the road.

Very nice and clean place. We liked place on the roof a lot and spend our evening there.

There is no parking in front of the house but in about 100 meters there are free places.

I liked kitchen very much. There were a lot of dishes, a big fridge and freezer. Only microwave oven was missing. My room was very small, but it was enough for one person. Everything was very clean, both kitchen and the room. The roof terrace is just lovely.

Walls are thin, so if other guests were using stairs up to the roof terrace or down to the kirchen, the noise was very annoying. Fortunately, they didn't run up the stairs all night and I could sleep.The dogs also barked loudly in the yard, but not at night
