clean place with a very nice view, the lady who was working there was sweet I liked the common area, it's clean and we can make coffee and tea

It was nice and clean.

Balcony with a view of kazbeq. Manager was friendly but could not speak any English. Construction solid and room clean. Tiba restaurant nearby good.

Heat didn’t work when temperatures went from 10 to 1 degree. No water at times. No bedside lamps just one overhead. No shower curtain. The feeling of unfinished in terms of comfortable amenities. No daily towel change or cleanup. No water or fridge. No tv. And it’s a 15 minute walk up and down to center.

The personal (lady) did not spoke a word to us (neither language), did not greet us when we arrived. Neither the next day. During the 2 nights of our stay, 2 times in the middle of the night (3 o'clock) new People arrived with a lot of noise. The lady banged the outside door with an loud bang when she left. Not recommendable unless the search for a New host.

It was very nice, clean and friendly.
