The property is 10 min. away from the station. The rooms are small but nicely decorated.

Unfortunately, although air conditioning is listed as an amenity, it is not operational during early spring due to a combination of local legislation and the hotel’s air-conditioning system configuration. The hotel listing fails to mention this restriction, despite its legal obligation to do so under both Italian and EU consumer protection laws. We decided not to stay at the property because of the lack of air conditioning, yet the hotel refused to refund the payment for our full four-day stay, which had been charged only 20 minutes earlier during check-in. Fortunately, Booking.com handled the situation exceptionally well, and we received a voucher for the full amount paid. We are also currently in the process of receiving a cashback through our Mastercard. Overall, this was a very upsetting and entirely avoidable situation, which could have been handled professionally. Instead, we felt treated with condescension and arrogance by the staff.

Dusjen var i minste laget. Savnet også kaffemaskin på rommet.

Das Frühstück war hervorragend und das Personal stets freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer und die Nasszellen sind ausreichend gross. Die Nähe zum Bahnhof hat uns zugesagt.
