Výborne a moderne vybavený obrovský rodinný dom, ideálny pre väčšie skupiny ľudí. Je situovaný blízko rekreačných stredísk CR. Dom takisto ponúka garážového státie pre jedno vozidle. V dome sa nachádzala plná vybavenosť, všetko na čo si človek spomenie a niečo aj navyše čo nie je úplná samozrejmosť skôr výnimka.
