Guests are required to show a photo identification upon check-in. For Indian nationals, this means a Driving license, Aadhar Card or any Government approved ID. PAN cards are not accepted. All foreign nationals are required to provide a valid passport and visa. Please note that visitors are not allowed inside the property. Please note that Local residents are allowed to book. Please be informed that restaurants will be operating on 50% of the occupancy till 21:00 hrs. Child Policy regarding meals: Children below 6 years of age may enjoy complimentary meals in the room or at any restaurants in our hotels. Children in the age group 6 to 12 years are entitled to a 50% discount on the kids menu. Full charge (on dining) will be applicable for children above 12 years of age. Alcohol Policy: 750ML of alcohol is permitted per person per room. Any quantity beyond the mentioned will be withheld in hotel custody until departure. Extra Bed Policy: Extra bed for the third occupant will be on chargeable basis of INR 3000 with Breakfast per room per night. Same needs to be booked well in advance, as at the time of check-in it will be subject to availability. SPA – 09:00 hours till 20:00 hours SALOON – 11:00 hours till 20:00 hours LAKE – 07:00 hours till 19:00 hours GYM – 09:00 hours till 20:00 hours Please note that Speakers are not allowed. We respect guest privacy and forbid the use of loud music in all rooms. We are committed to providing our patrons a comfortable and memorable stay experience. Noncompliance to this, will incur a penalty of an extra nights charge to the said guest. Hotel reserves the right to demand the offender to leave the hotel premises immediately.
