Guests are required to show a photo identification upon check-in. For Indian nationals, this means a Driving license, Aadhar Card or any Government approved ID. PAN cards are not accepted. All foreign nationals are required to provide a valid passport and visa. Please note that visitors are not allowed inside the property. Please note that Local residents are allowed to book. Please be informed that restaurants will be operating on 50% of the occupancy till 21:00 hrs. Child Policy regarding meals: Children below 6 years of age may enjoy complimentary meals in the room or at any restaurants in our hotels. Children in the age group 6 to 12 years are entitled to a 50% discount on the kids menu. Full charge (on dining) will be applicable for children above 12 years of age. Alcohol Policy: 750ML of alcohol is permitted per person per room. Any quantity beyond the mentioned will be withheld in hotel custody until departure. Extra Bed Policy: Extra bed for the third occupant will be on chargeable basis of INR 3000 with Breakfast per room per night. "… not our first choice in Delhi"

Garden area is nice, breakfast at Kiyan terrace good with very polite staff A disturbing vibrant noise was solved quickly by two technicians.

Due to the off-side location of the hotel it was a bit more difficult to get Uber taxi. Reception manager Mr. Amid offered either a hotel car for INR 6.000 plus taxes for a 20min drop to Merauli (ridiculous high) or being left to your own to arrange something else. Have rarely seen such an uncooperative men in Indian hotels. Mr. Rishabh sensed the situation and was very helpful to arrange the taxi and reconfirmed the booking with the taxi driver by phone. The Chinese restaurant was blocked for wedding venues in 2 out of 3 evenings. This reduces the use for hotel guests and causes significant more loudness on the floors. The hotel has significant signs of ageing in the rooms. We were curious from what we saw on the internet, but probably would not come again.

Restaurant staffs need more training in customer service. Had to wait long, was ignored by the staffs. Restaurant was busy but then ignoring a guest is completely unacceptable.

Spa experience at Aheli

Mosquitoes in our room. we decided to stay overnight as we didn't want to be tired before our spa experience next day noon. The mosquitoes however didn't let us sleep a wink. The hotel either needs to find a way to keep the rooms mosquito-free or provide mosquito nets. One doesn't like to spend 32k killing mosquitoes through the night.
