we came for the specific event, therefore it was an ideal location next to the venue, BUT the poor living conditions and the district where it is located is just "No go"

We had a very disappointing experience staying at this rental apartment. Several basic living standards were not met: - Non-functional plumbing: The plumbing system was either broken or severely compromised. This created major inconvenience and is a serious health and hygiene concern. The smell of canalization was disaster in the bathroom, bathroom sink was not working. - Lack of basic household items: Essential supplies such as garbage bags, dishwasher liquid, dish washer sponge, kitchen towels (paper or normal) were not provided. This shows a lack of attention to basic guest needs. - Poor quality bedding: The pillows provided were of extremely poor quality and old, making it difficult to get a proper night's sleep. - Noisy environment: the neighbours were very noisy till 5 AM, sound insolation was very poor - Safely issues: The balcony door in the room opened onto a shared balcony, which was connected to the neighbours balcony and also to a common balcony that led directly to the building's stairwell. This meant that anyone who entered the building could access the balcony. We were quite shocked when we saw huge men walking past on the balcony, heading to the neighbouring apartment (?). Overall, the apartment failed to meet even minimum standards for comfort and habitability. I would not recommend this place unless significant improvements are made.

Inseguridad en el edificio, los vecinos podían entrar por el balcón sin ningún tipo de problema. Las camas eran incómodas y se notaba dejadez general en cuanto a limpieza e instalaciones.

L’appartement est beau, grand et bien agencé. La cuisine est neuve et bien équipée.

Le wifi et la télé ne fonctionnent pas. Il y a une odeur désagréable dans la douche. Le lit grince au moindre mouvement, et le balcon n’est pas privatif ; on peut y voir passer des voisins.

I love the apartment and the decor 😍 It was lovely and worth the money I paid

The bathroom smell so bad also once you've have been given the keys to the apartment they no longer respond to massages
