Πρόκειται για ένα πολύ όμορφο δωμάτιο, ευρύχωρο, σε πολύ κεντρική περιοχή του Παλέρμο. Το δωμάτιο ήταν καθαρό και είχε ένα όμορφο μπαλκόνι. Το συνιστώ σε κάθε περίπτωση, καθώς και ο οικοδεσπότης ήταν πολύ φιλόξενος και εξυπηρετικός.

Location is central, just outside ZTL (limited traffic zone) and with parking lots at 100 meters for €18/day. Most of the interesting places and things to do were at 5-20 minutes walking. Room was clean, and spacious with a terrace as a bonus. There were no staff on place, but instructions how to enter were spot on. Neighborhood offered a very good and extremely cheap Italian "bar" for cappuccinos and "pastine", plus small shops for fruits, cigarettes, etc.

As in most other places in Sicily, the toilette had a "saniplus" type mechanism, which spreads a slightly unpleasant smell in the bathroom. Fortunately, the weather was perfect, so keeping the window open solved the problem. Security of the room is not on the plus side, because once in the apartment (protected by a security door), internal doors have simplistic keys, so actually no protection from the casual lurid cohabitants. Nothing happened, but the feeling was not very assuring.

Location is great.

The accommodation is very old, and nothing has been renovated. The worst part was the shower (which was not shown in the photos when I booked). We stayed in three accommodations in Sicily (all roughly in the same price range), and this one was significantly worse than the others.

Posizione ottima e abbastanza silenziosa. Camera luminosa, spaziosa e pulita. Letti comodi.

Nel bagno la ciambella del wc è da cambiare e sarebbe stato utile avere dove appendere gli asciugamani

Il bagno merita una ristrutturazione e una pulita più approfondita. La stanza è grande e luminosa ma è adatta ad una sola notte.
