Terracota Corner Rooms

We asked for different room, as the first one was very dark an not nice. Staff was friendly and offered a room an the first floor with view on the small pool for the same price. This room was nice, comfortable with nice hot water in the bath room. Pleasant stay

Very basic accomodation that would be just fine, if it wasn't for the lack of security and safety at the property. There is nobody on the door and it stays open through the night. Very disrespectful guests, one of our neighbours was playing loud music and being extremely noisy until 4am in the morning. We had to go and get someone from the reception next door to try to break in and keep them quiet. The hotel is located on quiet dark street away from the center and was full of men drinking even at 4am, so walking to the main reception at that hour, I felt very threatened and uncomfortable. Also at around 3am we had random people knocking on our door and trying to get in. You can imagine how unsafe and uncomfortable that felt. We had no apologies from the reception about our situation through the night. Also our room had window not to the outside but to the corridor with the other rooms. Very little privacy as you need to keep the curtains closed at all times. In the morning we packed our things and left first thing. I couldn't imagine staying in that place ever again.

Awesome pool with outdoor shower and terace. Safe parking place near to the hotel. In one of our rooms was a fridge. English speaking staff.

The door was very noisy and hard to close. No hand towel. Older room equipment. One of our rooms was little bit tiny for 3 people.

My room was on the street which was noisy, but as long as you have ear plugs, you will sleep fine.

The room. Ask for a room with the view to the pool. Big and with much light.

More cleaning on the staircases and around. First we were surprised over the nighbour hood. But in fact is was not that far from the town center. We felt save to walk home late, and you come to see the real Campeche and not only the bright and restored part.

Beautiful place and pretty indoor decoration, gorgeous garden, super nice host, fully equipped kitchen, cozy vibe!

Big fridge, big microwave, staff is nice, pool was nice and clean. Hot water, wi fi near the pool.

There is no sink in the room , just one in the bathroom. There were no kitchen utensils or anything in the suite, not even glasses or plates 🤷🏻‍♀️
