Siamo stati accolti con molta disponibilità e gentilezza da Rosi, che ci ha fornito tutto il necessario e ci ha aiutato nell'organizzazione di arrivo e partenza. La terrazza con vista sul mare è molto bella e abbiamo passato serate piacevolissime cenando in tranquillità. La strada è poco frequentata e silenziosa. L'appartamento inoltre era molto pulito.

Lovely place with a nice terrace where you can see oranges and lemons grow. Very nice host who offered us homemade marmelade!

Be careful! There are two appartements and the description/photos are misleading (even after we complained about that, she didnt change it on booking.com): the lower appartment has NO sunny balcony, only a terasse at the ground floor

I had a lovely stay here. It is just outside the town (10-15 minutes walk). Rosy is a very friendly, welcoming and generous host. She provided a jar of her lovely homemade marmalade and she also made me some beautiful and very tasty local cakes for New Year. The apartment is fully equipped (including a coffee machine with pods), and very comfortable. It is near the road but there is very little traffic so it is quiet. The WiFi is excellent. I had a lovely time walking round the beautiful island of Lipari. I hope to go back again and stay longer next time!

Great place and very kind host. Delicious home-made jam, fruits and vegetables from the host’s garden. 10-15 minutes to the city center/port where you have everything (bars, restaurants, bus, ..). It’s a quite place although it’s close to the low frequent road. We also got great recommendations to restaurants, local travel agency etc. We definitely recommend this place! Thank you Rosy!

Amazing area, amazing flat, great host very sweet and kind. Super worth it

Rosy is an excellent host with a personal touch that made me feel at home. She offered me fresh vegetables and fruit from her garden, homemade jam and helped me a lot in arranging excursions to the other Aeolian islands and transportation in Lipari (since I don't speak Italian). The apartment was very clean and comfortable, with a nice garden. It has a beautiful view and is ideal for calm nights.
